A Manufacturing Execution System (MES) tracks and controls what happens on the production line in real time: which order runs on which machine, what was produced and with which quality result. It sits between the ERP, which plans, and the machines, which execute. We connect it to both, and to quality and maintenance systems, with error handling and monitoring so a failed message is reported before a shift’s data goes missing.

MES integrations, IoT dashboards, supply chain tracking, quality management: we build solutions that fit the factory environment you already have. Production cannot stop for a software rollout, so we work incrementally. Old and new run side by side, and everything runs before we move to the next step.

At Deron, incoming supplier deliveries often did not match the records, so employees had to check and register information by hand. We connected the delivery network, the warehouse and sales platform and the RFID-based production into one information flow across the supply chain. De productie kan niet stilstaan voor een software-uitrol, dus werken we stapsgewijs. Oud en nieuw draaien naast elkaar, en alles draait voordat we naar de volgende stap gaan.

Bij Deron klopten binnenkomende leveringen van toeleveranciers regelmatig niet, waardoor medewerkers gegevens handmatig moesten controleren en registreren. We hebben het delivery network, het warehouse- en salesplatform en de RFID-gestuurde productie met elkaar verbonden tot één informatiestroom door de supply chain. Daarmee viel het meeste handmatige controlewerk weg, met de fouten die daarbij hoorden, en werd de productie eenvoudiger en sneller.
