It sits between the ERP, which plans, and the machines, which execute. We connect it to both, and to quality and maintenance systems, with error handling and monitoring so a failed message is reported before a shift’s data goes missing.

At Deron, incoming supplier deliveries often did not match the records, so employees had to check and register information by hand. We connected the delivery network, the warehouse and sales platform and the RFID-based production into one information flow across the supply chain. That removed most of the manual checks and the errors that came with them, and made production simpler and faster.
