You receive an honest report on what you are buying and what it will cost to fix.

If you want us to, yes. The advice stands on its own, and you can take the report to any team, including your own. If you do ask us to build, the architects who wrote the advice stay involved.
Yes. An assessment or a technical due diligence is usually a clearly scoped piece of work with a fixed set of questions, a start and an end date. Project guidance and architecture roles are more often ongoing, a few days a month.
