This year, we had the incredible honour of being recognized among the top 4 finalists in the People category at the SDG Business Pioneers Award in Bosnia and Herzegovina selected from over 108 applicants across the country.

Although we didn’t take the final prize, being seen as a potential winner by the independent evaluation commission and making it to the final stage is a recognition we deeply value. Our sincere thanks go to the organizers and the selection committee for seeing the heart of our story and the values we stand for.
Since receiving the SDG award in 2019, we’ve treated it not just as a recognition, but as a responsibility to keep growing, improving, and raising the bar each year. And we’ve stayed true to what matters most: our people.

From investing in education and skills development, to nurturing a healthy and inspiring workplace, we’ve worked hard to create an environment where everyone feels valued and supported. Because we believe that when people are empowered, the company thrives and with it, our wider community.
